★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Campus, buenas instalaciones, aunque algunas en mal estado como la biblioteca y uno que otro edificio ladeado, cuenta con muchas áreas verdes y espacios para realizar deporte, así como una planta piloto.

En el se encuentran las instalaciones que serán utilizadas por los estudiantes de las licenciaturas en:
-Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo
-Ingenieria Química
-Biología
-Nutrición
Contando con varios edificios dedicados a aulas para impartir clase y otros tantos para laboratorios para llevar esta a la práctica.
Tiene la planta piloto.
Bioterio, varios hábitats, un invernadero y jardín botánico.
El edificio de Investigación Multidisciplinaria
Una biblioteca provisional, pues aún se está construyendo la que será la biblioteca principal, con planes a terminarse en Febrero del 2019.
Recientemente se terminó la construcción de la nueva cafetería, donde sirven platos muy variados, además de bebidas a base de café, todo esto a cargo de una empresa tercera.
Un modesto auditorio.
También canaliza casi todo el equipamiento y zonas para practicar algún deporte: pista de atletismo, dos canchas de basketball, una cancha de fútbol, una cancha de vóleibol y un gimnasio para uso de los estudiantes, además de un consultorio de medicina del deporte.
Sin olvidar lo más importante, el servicio de pumabus gratuito que te lleva a campus I y viceversa.
