Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Aguascalientes - 20348 San Gerardo

Very nice hotel! Stayed only for the weekend but from this shirt experience I can highly recommend it. Clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast is sufficient and ok. The location maybe a bit far from the city but it is not a problem as there are taxis and uber to get you there. Overall great value for what you pay (which is not expensive) . Whenever I'm back in Aguas I would happily stay here again.

Room itself is quite ok. Not at the level of neighboring hotel, but for overnight, ok. When you leave the room, hotel is a ghost house. Empty. Bar exist, but they have no personal to work in it. No restaurant. Co-worker asked reception to order some food that they offer to assist, after 2 hours there was no food. He went to check and they said that that day restaurant has no delivery. So, reception never got idea to give feedback to guest... Short stay, but never again.

We had the worst weekend ever!!! First, we booked a room for a family of 4 but when we arrived they gave us a single bed room, we had to wait for about an hour to get our room. The room was ok. But they had the worst guests, at night they were extremely noisy and no one was taking care of it, we called and well yes, the send someone to ask them to be quiet. In the morning in breakfast everything was very dirty and the food was mixed up, and they gave us plastic single use dishes. The pool was so messed up that it was impossible to use. The next night, again, on one room people were banging so hard in the wall that they moved our bed, we called the front desk and I don't know if they did something but after a while it continued. In the other room unsupervised kids were playing and being very very loud, they started about 11pm so we called the front desk and they just said "I'm sorry we can't do anything we already told them but that's it, maybe we can change your room" but we have a baby and she was already sleeping (it was very difficult to get her to sleep because of the noise) so we were not willing to change, so they did nothing, we couldn't sleep so we're going very tired, we were very excited about our vacations but now we're going more tired and disappointed. Also breakfast time was awful. They let the kids use the waffle maker so it was a mess and all the topping were all messed up. No one was supervising the kids and no one was helping the only waiter he couldn't handle it by his own even though he was doing his best. I know that you can't control the guests but at least you can see that you need more people to help him. Or you should have some kind of policy about not letting kids alone and unsupervised in the rooms, or put them all together in one floor and the other guests in a different floor. It was really awful, we are never going back and we are telling everyone one that you don't have enough issue control, and the way that woman from the front desk told me "I can't do anything" was very very wrong.

Staff was friendly, food and service was fantastic and the Bartender was amazing. The facility is clean and very well kept.

Stayed weekend Friday Nov 29th - Dec 1st, with my family, two adults 1 teen and 1 toddler, they messed up the reservation as I had reserved a room with king size bed and a regular bed, unfortunately they had reserved a room with only a king size bed, which obviously doesn’t fit the whole family, they promptly change room to a one king size and futon, which was nice, but with extra charge. Unfortunately there was some sort of sports event as the hotel was full with kids and teenagers so you could imagine the mess and noise... had to call front desk both nights to make kids shut it as the noise was hellish and didn’t seem any adult was controlling them. Couldn’t enjoy the pool either as it crowded and messy, these kids wouldn’t respect anything... Overall, if it wasn’t for the kids and teens roaming the hotel it would have been a good experience, breakfast (included) was good, bed was very comfy and overall facilities were nice and staff is kind and helpful. Plenty of room for improvement. Recommendation for travelers would be to double check your booking and make sure you’re getting what you’re asking for.

I am amazed on how using the app I am struggling with my nights credited, I have been loyal Marriot Rewards member and cant understand why even after calling the hotel I have not received my credit 3 nights purchased using marriot app to book. I hope someone notice the lack of link and could support more instructions on how to book and do have credit.

Great hotel, great location, great service, but restaurant overshadow the great service. Always take too long to get any meal or drink, and they don’t have many dishes listed in the menu

Great beds, cozying pillows and softly covered bed! It was our house for three weeks. The breakfast is included; however, I would suggest the chef be a little more creative with his meal selection; he needs more variety besides Mexican meals? What I could see is that they get visitors from around the world: USA, Japan. The area where the hotel is located has a mini commercial space with more than three restaurants, a bank branch, Enterprise rental car. It is constantly monitored by security, and the hotel is safe?✨
