Great location in downtown Cancún, walking distance (5 minutes) to Plaza las Americas (shopping mall, including a movie theater) I stayed here as a stranded passenger. One night only. Its a good choice in this case also for business. Its also close to the ADO bus terminal, that tha you can easily move inexpensively to other locations like if you are going to Chiquila to take the Ferry to Holbox. The staff of hotel was courtious and friendly. DANIEL was the agent who checked me in, and he was very nice.

Don’t go there. They’ll charge breakfasts even if you don’t eat there. And something worst I’ve never seen before: They’ll charge you one night as a “Penalty” for leaving the hotel before your original chekout date. That is something no other Marriott hotel does. Just unbelievable!

Front office staff was very helpful. But rooms are basic but functional. Our window faced another hotel's window. The shower was a bit dirty

Provided no towels and wash cloths. Called to ask if someone could bring some up, waited over an hour. Called them to see if they were still bringing some, no reply. Had to go down stairs for them to tell me I had to use my hand to wash. I traveled with a small baby, this is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Clean and comfortable. Passable breakfast is included. They charge an early check-in fee even when plenty of rooms are available no matter your Bonvoy status.

Worst customer service ever. Front desk are selective on who they want to enforced mask. We didn’t have one, ask if they can provide one and tell us no, if we wanted one we had to buy one (200 pesos/ $10). They wanted us to wear a mask but people around no. Rooms are ok, but sink are clogged, towels missing. Look for another hotel.

I stayed for 7 days. I enjoyed the King Bed Suite. The cleaning service was very efficient. The breakfast was very good; everyday had a different dish was provided. They provided in-room Covid testing for return flight (must schedule ahead of time). The staff at the front desk speak both Spanish and English. It is in walking distance from Plaza Las Americanas, a large mall. The area is fairly safe with lots of good restaurants nearby (I would limit walking about the neighborhood after dark). The front desk can call a taxi for you whenever you are going out and provide you with a fair price for the taxi. The two elevators work really well; very efficiently. I would recommend this place for those who do not need the resort experience from the hotel zone and would like to be around locals and move about on your own schedule. ?

New hotel, so everything was updated and working well. Much better than some of the “four star” beachfront hotel that are showing years of deferred maintenance. Small rooms, but functional and comfortable beds. Stayed for one night before a flight, wouldn’t really recommend a longer stay/vacation here unless you’re away all day anyways. No pool, but you have access to the Wyndham pool next door (didn’t use). Free breakfast was simple but lots of fresh fruit and the attendant made kids fresh waffles. Coffee weak but passable. Downtown location not great, busy road with lots of traffic and not that walkable, especially with kids. We had a car though and there’s parking in basement.
