★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When going to Queretaro, this hotel has everything for a travel that doesn't require you to stay on premises. The location inside a shopping mall allows you to run errands, grab a meal or plan some beer time after a full day of work. And it's very well located to local offices in the Juriquilla area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was perfect in almost every way. The room was really clean and comfy, it seemed a bit small for more than two people (Standard king size room). The shower glass division seemed a bit old, but in general it is a perfect stay for the city! Great location, excellent service staff, a nice and safe environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in this property. Quite probably the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at Marriott properties all around the world from Paris to England to Peru. I would like to say only untrained employees or just an anomaly, but I will certainly not be returning to this one ever. As an Elite member of Bonvoy my disappointment cannot be measured. Not even an apology or attempt to restore the relationship. Complete oblivion. I would stay away

The hotel is so dirty from the elevator, hallway until the room.
They didn’t change the bed sheet when I arrived for the 1st time at my room?.
When I call the front desk complaining, the person come and said with the broken english that the bedsheet isn’t dirty?.
I called Expedia and complained.
They return my money.
This is the worse Marriott ever.
