Delicious falafel ! They put so much love into their food.

Heads up: not your typical review: At first we were pretty surprised by the prices: we just wanted some plain falafel and hummus to-go, which would cost us 250 pesos (!). But unfortunately before we got to decide if we wanted to order anything, we got robbed. This isn’t to blame falafeliz, but I think they handled the aftermath very badly: they refused to call the police for us -or let us borrow their phone to do so- and instead asked US to help and close the shop?! Our frequent requests for help -or just a simple phone call- were ignored and he left us there. Do with this review what you want, but just wanted to get this off my chest. UPDATE (after owners reply): I think this reply just made how I feel about the whole situation even worse. First of all I want to mention that I’m really sad to hear that he isn’t working there anymore, because I can assume out of the previous reviews that he was really good at his job (I find it very unprofessional to assume that I would be happy to hear such news, let alone write: “this shows exactly what kind of guy you are”). Secondly, I don’t think it’s right to simply blame him for handeling the whole situation poorly, because he discussed on the phone what he should do with his boss -and I assume that was you-. Finally I want to point out that I stated clearly that I didn’t rate your shop for the incident, but for how the situation was handled afterwards: In my opinion it’s a matter of course for a shop to take care of its customers (and by this I mean only make a single phone call for example).

Okay I have to be honest this place is real deal. The amount of love and care he puts in each flafel is just insane. You will experience the beat Flafel ever. Without a doubt I will be back and I would sit and dine this flafel is no joke, I ate simmilar quality in Israel and lebonan. It does not get any original and tasty than this.
