★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy hemos pedido hora para tinte y corte de señora, a nombre de Maria del Carmen y nos han dado hora a las 15:00 h. Cuando hemos ido, nos han dicho que si estaba registrada, pero que era peluquería de corte y tinte para caballeros. Que cambien a la recepcionista!, no sabe que Maria del Carmen es un nombre de mujer!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena experiencia. El servicio es bueno. El corte fue realizado prolijamente y me gustó. Doy cuatro de cinco estrellas porque estoy acostumbrado a un excelente servicio que incluye bebidas, masaje, etc. Recomiendo el lugar si estás en Polanco.
Good experience. The service is good. The cut was done neatly and I liked it. I give four out of five stars because I am used to excellent service including drinks, massage, etc. I recommend the place if you are in Polanco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar me había gustado mucho, me encanto como trabajo Iván (mi pelo) y Mónica (las uñas) que lastima que la DUEÑA tenga tan POCA clase! Llegue a hacerme un ajuste de color porque me había quedado un poco claro. Ivan me pidió 10 min y la dueña dijo “ay mejor 20” y después me cobro 100 pesos, a pesar de que me habian dicho que era gratis porque ya había pagado 1900 pesos por las mechas ( y esto era solo un ajuste de color ) wow impresionante de verdad que por 100 pesos , una pésima actitud y su malísima vibra perdió a una MUY buena clienta.
I had liked this place a lot, I loved how Iván (my hair) and Mónica (nails) work, it hurts that the OWNER has so little class! I got to do a color adjustment because it had been a little light. Ivan asked me for 10 minutes and the owner said "oh better 20" and then he charged me 100 pesos, even though they had told me it was free because I had already paid 1900 pesos for the highlights (and this was just a color adjustment) wow really impressive that for 100 pesos, a terrible attitude and his terrible vibe he lost a VERY good client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I entered the Salon I asked the receptionist how much it would cost to do a service for my nails - retouch and change colour. The guy told be 495 pesos. When The nail specialist finished my nails - which was ok I went to pay. The receptionist put on 40% extra for the price so he told me to pay 700 pesos. Not a great experience.
