R	Roxy Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el juzgado 1ero de lo familia la mayoria que trabajan ahí son muy groseros te dejan esperando más de 3 hrs y en lo PERSONAL tengo más de 11 días hábiles y no pueden publicar los billetes de depósito de alimentos, según en 3 días hábiles a partir de que se ingresan se publica la promoción y al día 8 de abril no han Publicado NADA. Realizas una primer fila, que en ocasiones puede dar la vuelta a la manzana hasta llegar a la entrada principal, al ingresar al patio principal podríamos señalarlo como un segundo filtro y la fila se realiza en zigzag en los espacios marcados en el piso para sana distancia. Conforme puedes avanzar el personal encargado vocea los juzgado, ya sean pares o nones y que se encuentren laborando a puerta abierta, ello con la finalidad de realizar una tercera fila en pequeños bloques. Posterior a ello en estos pequeños bloques accedes al edificio principal, en donde además de realizar toma de temperatura debes aplicarte gel y poder incorporarte a la fila de los elevadores. Al subir al juzgado al que te diriges realizas otra fila para indicar el área del juzgado a la cual te diriges, ya sea a la secretaria, oficialia, archivo, o acudes a audiencia. Para el caso de la consulta de expedientes muchos de los juzgados tienen en la estrada de cada uno de ellos las respectivas papeletas para solicitar el expediente en el archivo. Al ingresar al juzgado, nuevamente recibes gel antibacterea, pasas por el tapete de sanitizacion y en algunos de ellos te aplican con un atomizador desinfectante adicional. En lo particular hoy acudi al juzgado 12° Familiar y el trato de su personal a sido muy bueno, el de los chicos del archivo de la secretaria "B", mis felicitaciones. Es importante considerar que ante aún presente, contingencia sanitaria, los tiempos de respuesta y atención de los juzgados se han prolongado, todos queremos que nuestros juicios se resuelvan de forma expedita, pero debemos armarnos de paciencia y empatia con el personal que labora en el Tribunal, laboran con lo mucho o poco que les permite su presupuesto y al igual que los abogados litigantes y público en general, exponen su salud día a día. Pueden mejorar?, claro que pueden!!, solo hay que tener paciencia y poner de nuestra parte, ojalá que la información que compartimos sea de utilidad. G	GABITINA G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juzgados Familiares en la CDMX ⚖️ Un lugar muuuuy pero muuuuy concurrido ahora en Pandemia. La distancia, la ventilación y la higiene brillan por su ausencia. Las autoridades permiten el paso a todo aquel que desee ingresar al edificio, sin importar el número de personas que se encuentran en el recinto. Ahora los Juzgados se encuentran abiertos bajo la modalidad de “pares y nones”, un día se encuentran abiertos los Juzgados en terminación “par” y al siguiente día está cerrado para que se encuentren abiertos los Juzgados “nones”. La carga de trabajo para el personal es impresionante e inhumana, tanto que se considera como materialmente imposible culminar su labor encargada día a día. Es increíble como la carga de trabajo ha aumentado en plena Pandemia y la gente que acude en busca de “Justicia” desafortunadamente el trabajo rebasa a los trabajadores y es por ello que los juicios se van resagando más y más cada día. Sería muy importante que aumentaran el número de trabajadores por Juzgado, y que agregaran más Juzgados para poder dar atención a todos los asuntos que se encuentran en controversia en esas instalaciones. Un factor que favorecería a todos sería la creación de otro edificio que cuente con ventilación y espacios necesarios para poder atender a tantísima gente que día a día acude para la impartición de justicia y seguridad jurídica ⚖️⚔️?
