Súper contento y agradecido con Family Dental Chapala, una atención de primer nivel. Las instalaciones muy ordenadas, limpias y en súper buen estado. El personal muy amable, preparado y con gran sentido de servicio, el doctor Carlos me atendió a mi y a mi esposa, y la doctora Lulú a mis hijos. Dr. Carlos and Alexa follow all covid protocols, so I feel safe. The dentist is a perfectionist. I wish I was like Whitney Houston, singing with my mouth wide open, for my TV audience to admire all the work he's done (and re-done from decades-old work) inside my mouth. When he takes quick x-rays, you see the results on a large-screen TV, which otherwise shows peaceful scenes in nature, accompanied by soothing music, or sometimws oldies. Dr. Carlos & his wife Lulu (a children's dentist) both do community service dentistry through Rotary Club, most recently with the Hiuchol/ Wixárika people in northern Jalisco. They are talented, compassionate and kind dentists.

I am dental phobic - as in the worst patient any dentist has EVER had! Dr. Carlos and Alexa were so patient and understanding. They were very gentle and explained everything. Highly recommend this skilled dental practice.

Dr. Carlos provides excellent service. He is completely bilingual. He explains the procedures well and is very reasonable in price.

I had a LOT of work done all over my mouth. Dr. Carlos and his assistant explained all procedures before doing them. I am so pleased with the work, his manner, and the prices were acceptable as well. Every six months for a teeth cleaning and to make sure everything is good. I've been to a couple dentists here before, but he is definitely the best

My husband and I flew from California to Guadalajara with a bad toothache. With no sleep we arrived Tuesday morning hopped on a crowded bus from Ajijic to Chapala and went to see Dr Carlos.I was very anxious and scared. Dr Carlos is wonderful as soon as I sat in his chair all fear and anxiety went away. He explained everything in detail ( he is fluent in English) and was so professional. I had a huge cavity under a crown with a root canal I just had a tooth extracted on the other side with the same problem, I was afraid I would loose this tooth. Rest assured he said that he could save my tooth and he did . He removed my crown very carefully and filled in the cavity and will get my crown next week. I’m so glad I found him. Thank you so much Dr Carlos you exceeded my expectations!
