★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piden que uno llame para hacer cita, hablas y no contestas llevas el tarjetón y te dicen que es por cita, y todavía te ponen avisos.no se vale uno tiene necesidad, tengo a mi hijo enfermo, creo qué hay que se mas humanos.
They ask that you call to make an appointment, you speak and you do not answer, you carry the card and they tell you that it is by appointment, and they still put you notices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy por la tarde al rededor de la una cincuenta fui a urgencias paso más de una hora y no me pasaban la srita de recepción paso o otra persona que acababa de llegar me acerque y le dije que yo tenía más de una hora esperando y me contestó que había pasado ala persona porque ella si llevaba urgencia real a lo cual le contesté que yo también llevaba urgencia después la Dra de urgencias se disculpó le dije que mi molestia era la forma en que me contestó la srita que yo entendía pero que no era la forma de contestarme como lo hizo la recepcionista es una persona que cada que vamos a urgencias y nos toca está persona nos atiende muy mal ella no sabe cómo se siente uno para decir eso no estoy de acuerdo con que ese tipo de personas estén ahí espero hagan algo todos los pacientes nos merecemos el mismo trato buenas noches un saludo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que apuntarte para que te hagan una cita extraordinaria, madrugas para ser el primero y la recepcionista deja pasar a sus amigas... No es la primera vez, van varias veces que pasa! Pero en fin PORQUERÍA DE SERVICIO!
