J	Jesus Francisco Suarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que tengan doctores tan nefastos y tan poco profesionales ya que el día martes mi esposa acudió a revisión por fuertes dolores en el vientre y le mandaron aser estudios pero como son muy tardados en el imss mi esposa le pregunto a la doctora que si se los podía aser los estudios en un particular lo cual la doctora le dijo que si pero el día de hoy que ya tenia los estudios acudió a la clínica 11 del imss en santa rosa jauregui y le toco en el consultorio 1 y el nefasto doctor ni siquiera se tomo la molestia de ver los análisis ni explicarcelos comentándole que esos análisis no le servían por el gran detalle que no eran del imss, es increíble que aya este tipo de doctores que bien se les paga su sueldo y nosotros trabajadores se los pagamos no nos están regalando nada, espero aya alguna mejora porque esto deveras es muy molesto. Les falta modales. La prueba de Covid de mi papá no se la han entregado desde hace 3 días y el medicamento que le recetaron supuestamente llegaba el 5 de marzo, el cual no llegó y nos dijeron que tenemos que esperar hasta el próximo miércoles, él esta en la casa con síntomas fuertes! Los tiempos de espera para ser atendido no dejan de ser bastante largos (5 horas) , en especial en area covid donde llega a acumularse mucha gente (infectada o no) y en la cual unicamente atiende una médico. The filter installed at the entrance to the facilities has worked wonderfully as it helps to segregate and guide people in a respectful and patient way. The waiting times to be treated are still quite long (5 hours), especially in a covid area where many people accumulate (infected or not) and in which only a doctor attends.

S	Salvador Guzmán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En atención personal siempre las enfermer@s como doctor@s han sido muy amables y profesionales, me a tocado ver como las misma personas derechoambientes se portan groseras y hasta prepotentes con los servidores de las unidades, recordemos que todos somos seres humanos, todos tenemos presión ya sea en el trabajo y/o en casa y como consecuencia queremos que nos atiendan rápido, todo tienen su tiempo aprendamos a ser respetuosos.
