Señoras y señores, la clínica atiende en su mayoría a una población bastante amplía, ellos por más trabajadores que sean se enfadan, se engentan y no olvidemos que hay cada paciente que los pone de malas y terminan los doctores o las asistentes portandose mal con los demás. A mí siempre me han atendido a veces con suerte muy pronto y otras con mala suerte me he tenido que esperar horas por llegar sin cita. Urgencias es otra parte por lo del COVID, sanitizar y luego atender gente es tardado... Pero no le quita el mérito al personal de limpieza que mantiene las instalaciones limpias, con agua y papel (ni en las escuelas encuentras o centros comerciales) la atención es buena, solo que a veces son las malas experiencias las que nos enseñan a tramitar las consultas o los riesgos de trabajo con mayor eficacia. Si van a consulta sepan que van a tardar o tal vez no, suerte de cada quién. No les gusta que les hagan caras, no les gusta esperar... Vayan a una clínica privada.

A esta clínica no le importa tu situación de salud, el tiempo de espera es demasiado, el personal no tiene empatía con los pacientes, si tienen otra opción donde tratarse vayan primero.

Terrible sistema en Pensiones, la gente hace fila desde las 5AM porque los señores del IMSS como del siglo pasado, salen a entregar fichas a las 7:30am (a veces 8am) y solo dan 30 fichas y todos los demás? Adiós y suerte para la próxima, vas a la desmañanada sin seguridad de que te vayan a atender. URGE SE MODERNICEN!!! Prefieren tener a la gente grande en la calle formada con el frío y que tengan qué volver, qué inconciencia. Tan difícil será que abran las citas por Internet, como el SAT y el INE? Pesimo servicio como siempre, hoy llegue a las 12 pm son las 5 pm y aun sigo aquí ya me atendieron 3 doctores los 3 me preguntaron lo mismo. Entiendo q lleguen personas q necesitan más atención que yo pero por amor de Dios fue unos a la 1 y otro a las 4:30y 5hrs para q me digan q necesito operarme una rodilla q tengo luxada desde los 13 años (ya me lo han dicho aquí mismo dos veces antes) hoy todo el día e escuchado como se la pasan platicando las enfermeras acá adentro de urgencias como para q me digan q 5 horas no son suficientes para que me atiendan o me digan que no me van a atender....

Pésima actitud por parte de la asistente de médico el día de hoy en el consultorio 26 de turno vespertino, contestaba de mala gana y muy a huevo las preguntas que la gente le hacía, ni si quiera usaba cubrebocas, y no creo que estuviese cansada de su turno porque recién estaba comenzando. Hizo esperar a varios que estábamos fuera del consultorio para que al final nos terminará mandando a otro lado,se nota que ni si quiera sabe que onda con su trabajo y solo nos hizo perder el tiempo.
