★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una basura de clínica, muy deficiente probabilidad que te atiendan es 1% de 100% el año pasado fuy me pareció aceptable pero hoy fuy, muy decadente,las personas que atienden no asen nada se la llevan platicando, con el selular.siquieren ir pongan Sita primero por qué a si nomás es como ir a pedir agua al desierto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucio, muy pequeño, deteriorado, y el trato que te dan las personas es horrible! Al principio pensé que me ayudarían rápido pero nada más me traían en vueltas... Y no me dijeron bien que documentos necesitaba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un privilegio.que te consulten y te den las medicinas y sobre todo que te den la receta por 3 meses y quedas anotado para consulta subsecuente. Tambien el servicio de vacunas.importantisimo...y si hay vacunas...D ios bendiga a todo el personal del imss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, siempre sucio y muy saturado. Nunca esta el director o sub director, que es personal que tiene un horario en esa oficina nunca están. El personal administrativo nunca da información clara. Lo que les gusta es hacer dar vueltas a mi y a cualquier derecho habiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen atención especial para personas con Alzheimer’s. Solo para dar recetas se tardan hasta 1 hr, aún cuando el doctor visiblemente no esta consultando a nadie, solo se tarda para hacer tiempo. En urgencias 2 horas sin llamar o atender a nadie, y fue porque no tenían a la persona que atendía en recepción. Atienden a las personas como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Muy mal.
They do not have special care for people with Alzheimer's. Just to give prescriptions it takes up to 1 hr, even when the doctor is visibly not consulting anyone, it only takes time. In the emergency room 2 hours without calling or attending to anyone, and it was because they did not have the person who attended the reception. They serve people as if they are doing us a favor. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi hija con vómito y diarrea a urgencias y nos dejaron esperando dos horas, cuando terminaron de atender a la última persona me dijeron que entraría en el horario de la tarde, y resultó que esperaba que nos llamarán metieron a otra persona del turno de la tarde y me dijeron que podía esperar un rato más que el doctor no a llegado
I took my daughter with vomiting and diarrhea to the emergency room and they left us waiting for two hours, when they finished treating the last person they told me that I would come in the afternoon, and it turned out that I was waiting for them to call us, they put another person from the shift the afternoon and they told me that I could wait a while longer that the doctor has not arrived

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , no te ponen citas almenos que seas una persona hipertensa o tenga diabetes. Te mandan a poner cita por teléfono o por la aplicación y no hay citas disponibles.
Tienes que llegar en la madrugada para poder alcanzar cita y aún así no es seguro que te puedan atender.
Terrible service, they do not make appointments unless you are hypertensive or have diabetes. They send you to make an appointment by phone or by the application and there are no appointments available.
You have to arrive at dawn to be able to make an appointment and even then it is not certain that they can attend you.
