Hoy ya pasó 30 min de la hora de su cita y aún no la atienden. Ya le comenté a la asistente y me dice que a veces las consultas se extienden. Son unos BUROCRATAS sin corazón ni empatía. Te sugieren llamar para checar si hay para no dar la vuelta de okis... Pero marca y marca uno a los teléfonos que tienen en farmacia y no contestan.... Solo queda tener que ir a la clinica y para que te digan que no ya llegado el medicamento.... Ya he perdido muchas recetas por este motivo... Sean un poco más responsables... En mi caso soy una persona discapacitada.. Que tengo que estar pidiendo que me lleven solo para checar si ya llego el medicamento pero hay personas que viven muy lejos y tiene que hacer lo mismo....... Uno lo hace poque lo necesita...... La Dra. Del consultorioTodavia le falta pararse de su silla y checar a uno por esa razon no le di 5 estrellas.
