M	MARIBEL BRAVO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por su personal tanto de farmacia como demás módulos de atención son muy prepotentes y la mayoría se la pasa platicando como si estuviera en el parque y están haciendo dar vueltas al recoger medicamento ya que argumentan no tenerlo y la mayoría de gente es de la tercera edad la que va a recoger sus medicamentos y no están teniendo las medidas adecuadas Y el personal de farmacia es muy grosero mas el del turno de la mañana. Terrible attention by their pharmacy staff and other care modules are very arrogant and most of them spend time talking as if they were in the park and they are spinning around to pick up medicine since they claim not to have it and most people are from the seniors who will pick up their medications and are not taking the appropriate measures And the pharmacy staff is very rude but the one on the morning shift.

La atención es casi mala.las enfermeras solo cubren su turno y si te toca de tarde no te van a guiar. En los elevadores señalizen los consultorios que hay arriba. Que pongan un horario de tarde para asegurar a un familiar.. En la parte de atención un cartel donde dija que papeles hay que tener para los de nuevo ingreso... El trato algunas veces (en su mayoria) es de mala gana. Terrible service. I have called many times and no answer. The times that I have gone I have seen the staff that is not in their module, they spend their time talking. The deal is sometimes (mostly) grudging.
