★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omar was the greatest! He made our vacation entire vacation worth the trip. I would love to see him in Italy when I vacation there next. The room service was great! Wonderful food and kept our fridges stocked. Housekeeping cleaned our room twice daily to make sure everything was always clean and fresh. Omar stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure my daughters birthday and our anniversary were extremely special!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort is an experience I will always cherish. Great food and drinks...staff (all staff we encountered) were absolutely wonderful and friendly and very accommodating. Anything we wanted was a priority . Guest services went above and beyond. Spa was fantastic and roof top pool was awesome. Will definitely be going back to pick up where I left off. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan and yajaira helped me get to this site.....they are amazing friendly people love them ....the entire resort...bldg12 ...Kevin is the greatest......the entire resort was wonderful...hetmalinda in the Nest....and Frieda.....I could go on and on Alfredo....I will be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Family Selection is really great, even though we are just 2 adults!
Especially the service at the beach and pool is so good, and this is mainly due to the great staff!
At the pool / beach: Yajaira and Manuel, making sure that everything is perfect!
And try the drinks at "The Nest", done by Miguel who is doing such yummy and special drinks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The pool and activities were fantastic. At the family pool, Juan was great and the bartenders Alejandro and Francisco were very nice to our young daughter and made special drinks for her throughout the week (sin alcohol of course). At the beach, Yajaira was fantastic as well and gave us plenty of treats for our young one. All around, awesome resort and great people! Will be coming back :)
