★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This furniture store is going through reorganization many of its outlets have been closed. All established credit has been erased. Everyone is required to begin again. I'm a permanent resident in México my status entitles me to all rights and privileges of a Méxican citizen, I was told credit would not be extended to permanent residents, which I believe to be a violation of my rights. Having said all of that I think their collections department is way to aggressive to the point of being rude. There aren't many furniture stores in Monterrey that have the selection that FAMSA has. I tolerated them only because I had good credit. If I'm unable to secure credit again I will not be a customer anymore.
