★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala tienda quería liquidar mi cuenta debía 7000 daba di 1500 una vez para que bajara mi cuenta y se fue el dinero que apago adelantado y y mi cuenta su bi 7300 me dijeron que el sistema luego me lo descontada ala otra semana volví a dar mi pago y otros mil y decía que tenía 2500 de pago adelantado y mi cuenta volvió a salir otros trescientos más me dijeron que a Lablara por te teléfono y ya como ala semana que quieron hacerme caso según llamo avian arreglado solo quitaron el dinero que tenía adelantado y ya se arregló según ellos me rrobaron 2500 no te dejan liquidar más 900 que me sumaron ami cuenta es un asco no saquen nada en famsa es una estafa dan bien caro roban y no te dejan pagar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que fui a esta sucursal , la chica encargada de dar información en el banco me dijo que no me podía imprimir mi estado de cuenta , le dije que antes ya me lo habían dado en escritorios (tengo como 10 años siendo cliente) y me dijo que no se podía, me dejó con información a medias y en conclusión el servicio fue pésimo. Tenia tiempo sin asistir a este sucursal y el servicio se fue por el suelo. Si pudiera no le daba ni una estrella.
