★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 3 años compre una lavadora en Famsa Independencia y tengo meses queriendo hacer valida mi garantía por 5 años que les pague y nadie se hace responsable, me dicen que directo en la tienda y esta cerrada permanentemente y me han dado muchísimos números de teléfono y no los pocos que contestan son groceros y no me dan el servicio y cuelgan, también vía electrónica no te resuelven, nunca había comprado en esta tienda, les recomiendo pagar un poco más en otros lugares donde me consta que las garantías si son validas y te atienden por lo que pagas y no como aquí que la cobran y no dan el servicio, ojalá atiendan mi queja por este medio
3 years ago I bought a washing machine at Famsa Independencia and I've been wanting to validate my 5-year guarantee for months to pay them and no one is responsible, they tell me that they go directly to the store and it is permanently closed and they have given me many telephone numbers and no the few who answer are rude and do not give me the service and hang up, they also do not solve you electronically, I had never bought in this store, I recommend paying a little more in other places where I know that the guarantees are valid and they attend to you for what you pay and not like here that they charge it and do not provide the service, I hope they address my complaint by this means
