Es muy deficiente su atencion ademas que son molestos la tienda esta amplia y bonita y algunas cosas tienen buen precio pero si es enfadoso ser atendido ahi y muuuy lento The staff in general is not trained. No la recibi lleve mi caso a Profeco. Profeco coludido con Famsa terrible situacion. Mientras compre con la tarjeta de credito que ahí me deje tramitar Banco Famsa. Fatal fatal el banquito. Total estoy pagando algo que jamás compre por no estar en el buró de crédito. Y por fin hoy fui a la tienda a tratar de arreglar esta situacion y tengo tres horas sin llegar a nada. Ahora para la cancelación de la compra el banco necesita dos horas más para hacer una cancelacion de una venta no creo que el trámite sea tan largo para una devolucion. Sin dejar de mencionar su amplio estacionamiento que además es libre de cobro. Ademas me encabrona que solo aya un lugar de cobranza para ir a tratar asustos de cobros y productos que no compro uno. Ahi personas que si trabajamos y nos queda del otro lado de la ciudad . Quería comprar una motocicleta y la pobre no tenía idea y ni la más mínima noción de cómo funciona un vehículo de ese tipo. Y obviamente ella no tiene la culpa. Deberían capacitar a su personal sobre lo que están ofreciendo. Fueron preguntas tan simples como la cilindrada, el rendimiento del vehículo y los centros de servicio... Finalmente la chica hizo lo imposible por atenderme y proporcionarme la información como le fue posible, realizando un par de llamadas telefónicas. Pero el tiempo invertido fue más de lo esperado precisamente por la falta de información. What a pity that being such a large company there is only one saleswoman serving the entire store.
