Deberían de tomar acciones para que vuelva a ser lo que era antes. It had been a long time since I visited this great store, now that I did, I was saddened to see it with very little merchandise and assortment. They should take action to make it go back to what it was before.

Excellent place to furnish your house or buy an appliance, cell phone, or simply a gift for the home ... they give credit and it is open all year round ... it has a small parking area but if you go early in the morning you will surely find a place!

Considero que los costos son accesibles, pero se debe tener cuidado con los costos reales a crédito para evitar algúna impresión. The store is a bit small but you can find a wide variety of products. En tienda la atención es buena, sin embargo Famsa como tal deja mucho que desear, saque un crédito antes de que cerraran el banco y cada mes sin falta marcan para recordarte que les debes. Cuando contrate el crédito me dijeron que lo harían los 3 primeros meses, pero fue durante todo el año y medio que duró el crédito, después de que vendieron o quebraron o lo que fuera dijeron que ya habían cambiado entonces yo confiada, volví a sacar otro crédito y ohh sorpresa al 3er. Mes comenzaron las llamadas incluso 10 días antes de mi fecha de pago, lo peor, es que durante los créditos no he tenido ningún atraso, pago por anticipado y aún así te llaman para cobrar cada mes y lo hacen de una manera pésima, es la segunda y última vez que sacó crédito con ellos, son muy fastidiosos no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo, preferible sacar crédito en Elektra, vale la pena pagar los intereses altos por la tranquilidad de no recibir llamadas para recordarte tus pagos, claro si eres cliente responsable, si no, pues que Dios se apiade de ti.
