★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar no es tan grande por lo tanto no esperes encontrar una gran variedad en diversos departamentos puesto que son muy pocos los empleados al menos la vez que fui fueron demasiado atentos y me ayudaron en todo lo que yo preguntaba inclusive me dijeron en qué otras sucursales podía encontrar lo que no estaba ahí en ese momento
The place is not so big therefore do not expect to find a wide variety in various departments since there are very few employees at least the time I went they were too attentive and they helped me in everything I asked even they told me in what other branches I could find what was not there at that time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta tienda ni los gerentes saben darte información acertada. Las fechas de compra no coinciden con los tickets y por ende, te cobran más. Es una pésima tienda.
In this store, not even the managers know how to give you accurate information. The purchase dates do not coincide with the tickets and therefore, they charge you more. It's a lousy store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hay dos ejecutivas atendiendo los asuntos relacionados al IPAB y el pago a los inversionistas, pero no brindan la información oportuna, hacen a uno dar muchas vueltas y por teléfono no dan ninguna clase de información. Se respeta el cupo respecto al semáforo.
There are only two executives dealing with matters related to the IPAB and the payment of investors, but they do not provide the timely information, they make one of them go around a lot and do not give any information over the phone. The quota with respect to the traffic light is respected.

Pero si solo te ven curiosiando, ni te hacen caso.
Está pequeña y por lo tanto no tan surtida.
No cuenta con estacionamiento pero funciona para hacer un pago rápido. Aunque la zona no es tan segura.
The attention is not that good, unless you are going to buy something.
But if they only see you curious, they don't even pay attention to you.
It is small and therefore not as stocked.
It does not have parking but it works to make a quick payment. Although the area is not so safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El surtido es regular, sin embargo está muy amontonado. Los asesores solo te atienden si ves que vas a comprar, si "solo preguntas" te dejan esperando.
Aunque no tiene que ver directamente con la tienda, sus empleados siempre se van a la tienda de al lado a tomar sus cervezas (aún en pandemia)
The assortment is regular, however it is very crowded. The advisors only attend you if you see that you are going to buy, if they "just ask" they leave you waiting.
Although it does not have to do directly with the store, its employees always go to the store next door to drink their beers (still in a pandemic)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace años mi esposa tenía un crédito del cual hizo compras se líquido todo bien solo q al acudir nuevamente tuvo que volver a solicitar un crédito no entiendo dicen q hubo cambios dentro de sus requisitos y ahora le negaron el crédito y q volviera dentro de un mes para ver si pueden darle nuevamente uno, pues por algo paso esto, no regresaremos lo mejor es juntar y comprar al contado.
