Mi experiencia pagando por un artículo en el banco fue mala y hasta se burlaron y rieron de mi. Regrese otra vez a preguntar si compraban dólares americanos y me salieron en mala forma. La tienda esta bastante desorganizada y las cosas que venden se ven viejas. En fin prefiero ir a otras tiendas cercanas que volver a visitar aquí. I have visited this store several times and the attention of the employees is terrible. Even to pay for the products there is a long delay in the bank. My experience paying for an item at the bank was bad and they even made fun of me and laughed at me. I went back again to ask if they bought US dollars and they came out in bad shape. The store is quite disorganized and the things they sell look old. Anyway, I'd rather go to other nearby stores than visit here again.
J	Jesus Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno, su ubicación también pero no es competencia contra su tienda de alado "coppel", pareciera que a los dueños de las tiendas famsa ya les da igual su marca y su deplorable surtido en general, lo único que rescato es su surtido en muebles del hogar que le gana en mejores precios que coppel, pero coppel le gana porque da crédito a todo mundo. The place is good, its location too, but it is not a competition against its "coppel" shop, it seems that the owners of the famsa stores no longer care about its brand and its deplorable assortment in general, the only thing that I rescue is its assortment in home furnishings that beats you in better prices than coppel, but coppel beats you because it gives credit to everyone.

Terrible service, the store is very messy and there were like 3 or 4 girls leaning on the furniture doing nothing talking as if they were on the beach giving the store a very bad look !!!
