★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son acosadores, no hacen revisión que los números de contacto que sus usuarios les dan son los correctos y empiezan a llamar sin parar desde las 7 am hasta las 10 pm preguntando por una persona que no conocemos. Entonces levantas un reporte de que no lo conoces, pero no hacen nada. Y luego cuando llamas desde un celular para decirles de nuevo que no han retirado el número de contacto ellos te cuelgan y hasta bloquean tu celular para que no les vuelvas a llamar. No lo recomiendo imagínense siendo clientes.
They are stalkers, they don't review that the contact numbers that their users give them are correct and they start calling non-stop from 7 am to 10 pm asking for a person we don't know. Then you raise a report that you don't know him, but they don't do anything. And then when you call from a cell phone to tell them again that they have not removed the contact number they hang you up and even block your cell phone so you don't call them again. I do not recommend imagining being customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con Banco Famsa, intenso acoso por no revisar los números de contacto y no siguen al pie los reportes es más te cuelgan a propósito cuando llamas contando que no conoces a tal persona y ya solicitaste reporte para retirar el número
Terrible experience with Banco Famsa, intense harassment for not checking contact numbers and not following the reports, they are more hung up on purpose when you call telling that you do not know such a person and have already requested a report to withdraw the number
