Desgraciadamente este negocio ha bajado mucho en su calidad y no me refiero a los productos que ahí venden, sino por su personal que labora en el mismo lugar, cajeras y jefes de crédito.estos últimos pésimos en su servicio mas al pedirles una factura del artículo ya pagado, están peor que enfermera del imss recogiendo las citas.de las cajeras ni hablamos, como lo dije, el personal en su forma de atender al cliente es lo que hace que este negocio, baje de rango, le pongo una estrella porque Google no deja calificar sin estrellas, famsa viene cayendo en su servicio desde ya algunos 10 años a la fecha.

Desde el día 29 de junio 2020 se hizo un pago que no registraron y esto ya generó intereses moratorios, constantemente fui a solucionar esta situación y para sorpresa mía NADIE Resuelve, ni gerente, ni cobranza, NADIE. Se la pasan diciendo que a ellos no les corresponde y dejan al tarjeta habiente a la deriva, esto definitivamente manda un claro mensaje de desconfianza, ineficiencia en sus siseemas y bajo compromiso de su personal pese a reconocer que su servidor tiene razón (ya que se muestran recibos y movimientos bancarios que comprueban lo antes mencionado). Ahora por su incompetencia tengo que ir a CONDUSEF y espero no perder tanto tiempo como me lo han hecho perder en FAMSA en GENERAL.

Esta bien, les falta más rapidez en las cajas de cobro y atender en todas porque no siempre están .. Creo debería mejorar más esa parte y que sea más claro a la hora de llegar ahí, ya que uno se forma al azar
