★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pides un producto y te mandan lo que ni te imaginas, pero de menor costo, prometen resarcir el daño pero este nunca se da.
Sugiero no se arriesguen y si optan por comprar, paguen al recibir y cerciorarse que el el producto contenido en su paquete corresponda a lo solicitado, de lo contrario ya perdiste.
 Terrible service, you ask for a product and they send you what you can't imagine, but at a lower cost, they promise to compensate the damage but it never happens.
I suggest not risk it and if you choose to buy, pay upon receipt and make sure that the product contained in your package corresponds to what was requested, otherwise you have already lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un reloj inteligente, el primero llegó pero no funciona porque no enciende, envié un video de que no encuende para que aplicaran la garantía y así fue, tardó muchos días para que me llegara la garantía que de por si no te dicen cuando llega, pero resulta que estaba igual de defectuoso que el otro. Y ahora ignoran mis llamadas para saber que se puede hacer, a estas alturas sólo quiero recuperar mi dinero y devolverles los productos. Atención buena si no te bloquean y pésimos relojes inteligentes por no decir horribles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto no sirve y si intentas devolverlo nada más te dan largas y no te contestan. Dice que tienes plazo de 5 días después de haber recibido el producto pero ellos tardan en contestar, estoy seguro que después ya no van a querer hacer la devolución del dinero alegando que expiró el tiempo de garantía.
The product is useless and if you try to return it, they just give you long and they do not answer you. Al cabo de 13 días hábiles, tuve que mandar un mensaje para pedir información sobre la falta de entrega de mi pedido. Me contestaron que el proveedor había cancelado las entregas del producto... Afortunadamente no pagué con tarjeta e iba a pagar en efectivo en el momento de la entrega. NO se los recomiendo. SON incumplidos y ni siquiera se molestan en avisarte que tu producto no será entregado. PESIMOS.Y por cierto, tienen una muy mala nota.

Confundir un brazalete con esto al momento de empacar es un insulto a la inteligencia de las personas. Espero y resuelvan esto a la brevedad. Me llegó el brazalete en garantía 6 días después de que me contactaron, me dieron solución y me obsequiaron el producto que llegó equivocado primeramente.

Después de su compra , Nunca les llegará su correo de confirmación ni nada ! Tampoco estará el registro de su compra . Lo peor , es que su sistema de soporte también no funciona , no contestan sus números ni se hacen responsables de nada
