Workers don’t know where things are. Parking fee for more than 10min, there is a discount if they stamp it at register but of course you don’t know until you are leaving.

So many materials for crafty projects. Lots of parking. Staff is helpful. Among their items there is an impressive variety of artificial plants and flowers. Large items include display mini shelves, glass Vases, medium bird cages, jewelry boxes, and so much more.

This location has a parking garage attached for convenient parking. Nice craft store to shop at as long as you don't require help from staff. You can find a lot of what you need to make cute things (beads, silk flowers/greens, lace, some fabric, Styrofoam figures & letters, wooden figures & letters, foamy, felt, molding clay, markets, pens, party supplues, etc). Staff needs more training in customer service, they have the attitude of " I'm doing the customer a favor by working here" instead of " how may I help you". Also, a lot of the words and banners that are made for display are in English, if the store is in México and they sell to Mexican people who predominantly speak Spanish why don't they make the display words/banners in Spanish. For example, "It's a Girl/Boy", "Merry Christmas", "Happy New Year" . Es NiñatNiño, Feliz Navidad, Feliz Año Nuevo sound and look beautiful in Spanish. I give them 3 stars because of the employees attitude and the lack of using Spanish words in their displays.
