Five stars is not sufficient! I cannot begin to describe how amazing this company is. Not only are their transportation service outstanding, but they go above and beyond to help their customers when problems arise. I was just in Cozumel for a dive trip and I lost track of my carry-on bag at the airport -- totally my fault! I was on a dive trip and had expensive computers and regulators in the bag (not to mention all of my clothing for the trip). I contacted Fantasy, and their general manager, Marlone, took on the mission. After I returned to the states, he engaged federal and airport authorities, and found my bag in the care and custody of another van company. Marlone did so much hard work to find and retrieve my bag, and then delivered it to American Airlines to be returned to me, with all of the contents. Throughout the process he was diligent, professional and kind, even though Fantasy had no obligation whatsoever to help me out. I am so grateful and obviously will use Fantasy for my transportation needs whenever I return to Cozumel. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We book the transportation online before departure. They charge USD $155 round trip between ferry to allegro Cozumel, however, we found this is only cost $20 to any taxi in the island. And the company did not sent us any private vehicle waiting at the pier , it was only give us a voucher and hire a regular taxi for us.
