Tardan muchísimo tiempo para valuar tu vehículo.
No contestan teléfonos.
Roban piezas de tu carro.
Si tienen que llevar su vehículo por parte del seguro elijan otro y mucho menos si eres particular.
Terrible service.
They take a long time to value your vehicle.
They don't answer phones.
They steal parts of your car.
If you have to take your vehicle through the insurance, choose another one, much less if you are a private individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en recibir tu auto y para la entrega es lo mismo, hasta que no te levantas a buscar es como encuentras atención. Son sucios para trabajar, lleve mi coche para que pintaran la fascia trasera y el maletero todo sucio con las marcas de las manos , aparte no sé que hicieron por qué me lo entregaron sin batería . Mención distinta a la señorita recepcionista que es sumamente amable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención, entre con AXA.tambien pésimo respaldo de la aseguradora Mi vehiculo muy mal reparado , sucio, no contestan , tardaron 30 días, hay que estar llamando para que te den estatus, la Srita Lilia buen servicio. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi coche por parte de Axa, la atención no es mala pero el servicio si, se tardaron 4 semanas y no quedó bien. Me chocaron por atrás y se descuadro la cajuela. Hicieron todo al aventón, desde la presentación no se tomaron un minuto para acomodar lo que cubre la cajuela se veían los tubos etc y lo más importante : dejaron la cajuela mal y ahora se abre de la nada. Ya me robaron por eso mismo. No elijan este taller en las opciones de Axa.

They did everything on the fly, since the presentation they didn't take a minute to accommodate what covers the trunk, you could see the tubes, etc. and most importantly: they left the trunk wrong and now it opens out of nowhere. I already got robbed for that. Do not choose this workshop in the Axa options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una sola estrella se merece este taller. El servicio es precio y de súper muy mamá calidad. Lleve mi auto ahí por recomendación de mi aseguradora pero ya hasta estoy pensando cambiar de aseguradora por tener tratos con tal malos talleres. No solo el trato fue malo si no que el trabajo realizado fue horrible. Mi carro llegó en mejores condiciones de las que lo entregaron.
Not a single star deserves this workshop. The service is price and super very mom quality. I took my car there on the recommendation of my insurer, but I'm even thinking of changing my insurer because I have deals with such bad garages. Not only was the treatment bad, but the work done was horrible. My car arrived in better condition than it was delivered.
