★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes les escribo porque les compre unos birlos de seguridad para mi automóvil, pero me mandaron unas tuercas lo cual pues no me sirven, me comunique ayer para que me hicieran el cambio, me pidieron unas fotos se las mande, me dijeron que me los iban a cambiar, pero ya no me han dicho nada mas, con quien me tengo que comunicar para que me los cambien. Me urge que me los cambien porque ya le pusieron las llantas nuevas a mi carro y como se queda en la calle, no se las vayan a llevar.
 Good afternoon, I am writing to you because I bought some security bolts for my car, but they sent me some nuts which, as they do not help me, I communicated yesterday to make the change, they asked me for some photos, they sent them to me, they told me they were going to change, but they haven't told me anything else, with whom I have to communicate so they can change them. I am urged to change them because they already put the new tires in my car and as it stays in the street, they will not take them.
