REGRESE A HACER VALER LA GARANTIA Y ME DIJO QUE YA SE IBA QUE REGRESARA OTRO DIA. CUANDO SE QUEDO MAS DE TRES HORAS MI CARRO EN REVISION. MUY MAL SERVICIO DE VERDAD NO LO RECOMIENDO. CABE SEÑALAR QUE ACUDI CON OTRO MECANICO QUIEN EN UNA HORA REPARO MI CARRO DE MANERA PROFESIONAL AUN COSTO MUY RAZONABLE. EN FIN ESTA FUE MI EXPERIENCIA NO DUDO QUE HAYA A QUIENES HAYAN ATENDIDO BIEN PERO EN MI CASO NO FUE ASI Y PUES CONSIDERO QUE ANTES DE COBRAR ALTOS HONORARIOS DE FORMULA UNO PUES SE HAGA DE MANERA CORRECTA EL TRABAJO SE DICE POR AHI TRABAJO BIEN HECHO NO ADMITE RECLAMACION
BAD SERVICE TAKE A JETTA CAR BECAUSE IT WAS HEAT UP AND I JUST CHANGED THE THERMOSTAT VERY TO THE AVENTON AND I CHARGE 1200 PESOS FOR A THERMOSTAT OF 400 PESOS. I RETURNED TO VALIDATE THE WARRANTY AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO RETURN ANOTHER DAY. WHEN MY CAR STAYED FOR MORE THAN THREE HOURS IN REVISION. VERY BAD SERVICE I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IT SHOULD BE POINTED OUT THAT I WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC WHO IN ONE HOUR REPAIRED MY CAR IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY AT A VERY REASONABLE COST. FINALLY THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT DOUBT THAT THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED WELL BUT IN MY CASE IT WAS NOT SO AND I CONSIDER THAT BEFORE CHARGING HIGH FEES FROM FORMULA ONE BECAUSE IT IS DONE PROPERLY THE WORK IS NOT DONE WELL DONE THERE ADMIT CLAIM

Very good honest and accomplished mechanics, in this pandemic they comply with the rules of hygiene, very clean workers with mouth covers, they provide you with gel, shoe and clothing cleaning before entering the workshop, they deliver your sanitized vehicle.
