★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui a la farmacia y si encontré mi medicamento , pero por lo que comentaron los que trabajan ahí , es que la empresa no les ha pagado el medicamento que ellos nos están surtiendo para seguro popular , pero como farmacia privada que son si lo tienen a la venta , y nos apoyan con la factura para que la farmacia del hospital nos apoye con el reembolso ...
pero si tienen un excelente servicio y si cuentan con el medicamento y de no ser a si , lo consiguen en 24 horas para que el cliente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado improvisada, Faltantes continuamente, personal con deficiente capacitación en el ramo, así como la Atención al Cliente deja mucho q desear. No cubre las espectativas de los Vales del Seguro Popular. Ni con teléfono cuentan para atención, traslado obligatorio.
Too improvised, Continuously missing, staff with poor training in the field, as well as Customer Service leaves much to be desired. It does not cover the expectations of the Popular Insurance Vouchers. Neither with telephone they count for attention, compulsory transfer.
