Pésimo servicio la doctora muy déspota y no tomo ni mis signos vitales, me transcribo con puras preguntas básicas y de inmediato le pasó la receta a la vendedora no me dejó verla, el costo total de mi receta eran $470 + consulta. Mejor ahorren después fui a una Farmacias GI y me atendieron profesionalmente me gaste $268 con todo y consulta

Espero de verdad las personas encargadas o duelos de esta Farmacia lean los comentarios ,pues estos tratos que dan sus empleadas no son los adecuados en vua ti atención y respeto me imagino q lo que quieren son clientes y no pacientes inconformes .Ayer por la noche fue mi hija a solicitar una consulta a las 10;30 PM la cual le fue negada por la mujer q atiende pidiendo haber comprado los medicamentos un día antes que había acudido a consulta ,los cuales se los compré en otro lugar .En primer lugar la atención se iba a pagar y ella con modos agresivos empezó a cuestionar a mi hija que aparte llevaba fiebre de que ni se había tomado el medicamento por eso iba mal.?me.pregunto quien es ella para cuestionar a los pacientes una ni médico es y no está en su papel hacerlo si a varias personas se los han hecho y se han dejado pz muy mal ay que reportar a estás personas fuera de lugar que aparte que dan mala fama al lugar son desagradables . Dos en donde dice que tenemos q comorar a fuerza ahí el.medicamento ella lo va a pagar o que? Me gustaría saber si Cofepris al recibir nuestras quejas que haría con este negocio en el cual no hay ética de las personas que atienden .Y los dueños ,señores vienen a ganar o a perder pacientes con una persona grosera que atiende su negocio . Espero de favor Corrigan estos malos manejos porq así como yo hay varios clientes que ya nos regresarán y pondrán quejas en donde se tenga q hacer .

La señorita del turno de la noche es grosera y prepotente. No me quería dar consulta porqué no compre las medicinas ahí mismo, me pidió mi ticket, mi receta y dijo varias veces que no tenía caso que entrará a consultar otra vez y ya que al parecer de la señorita no compre nada, no tenía caso pasar a consulta nuevamente. A ella no le importa si compré todo, o si lo compre en otro lugar, no tiene por qué negarme la consulta solo por no haber adquirido el medicamento en ese establecimiento, todavía me dice que a ver si el doctor me quería atender... Que si no me fuera a otra farmacia ?. Si no quiere trabajar y va a negar el servicio médico que hace ahí.?

Cambiaron de administración y ahora dan un PÉSIMO servicio, las mujeres que atienden son groseras y mañosamente te prescriben medicamento que rebase los 200 pesos por consulta, siempre los mismos.
