★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan cajas vacías y nadie se hace responsable el mensajero es agresivo, mi primera y última vez q pido aquí antes en otras farmacias como San Pablo y del ahorro jamás me habían robado ya presente mi denuncia en la Profeco
 They deliver empty boxes and no one is responsible, the courier is aggressive, my first and last time I ask here before in other pharmacies like San Pablo and from savings they had never stolen my complaint in Profeco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! mas de 1/2 hora para surtir tres medicamentos, y uno no lo tuvieron, se equivocaron al registrar en su sistema la cantidad de productos, hubo que esperar 15 minutos para la corrección y otros tantos para el cobro, al final me salieron a alcanzar porque algo les faltó que firmara. el colmo que ya fastidiados al llegar a casa nos dimos cuenta que la receta decía 2 cajas de uno de los medicamentos y solo nos surtieron una!!! El colmo de la ineficiencia !! Además no entregaron ticket!! y uno debe marcar una estrella para que esto se publique pero consideren que es menos una estrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal que se encuentra en el área de cajas ,muy pedante y groseros .a uno de ellos le hice mención sobre el precio de una medicina que subió de precio y me contesto: si no le parece no se lo lleve . Por favor necesitamos gente amable sin jetas . Uno no tiene la culpa que no les guste su trabajo o si están enojados con la vida .
Terrible service, the staff that is in the cashier area, very pedantic and rude. I mentioned to one of them about the price of a medicine that went up in price and he replied: if you don't think so, don't take it. Please we need kind people without heads. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios de las medicinas son hasta 10% más caros que otras cadenas de farmacias. La página web es pésima, no tiene buscador de sus artículos para saber los costos o si hay en existencia. Lo único bueno es que sí aceptan Mercado Pago y el descuento compensó sus valores inflados.
The prices of medicines are up to 10% more expensive than other pharmacy chains. The website is terrible, it does not have a search engine for its articles to know the costs or if there are in stock. The only good thing is that they do accept Mercado Pago and the discount offset their inflated values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunes 24 de enero de 2022, después de solicitar mi descuento de los lunes, me dicen el monto y al momento de pagar me dicen que "no pasa el descuento que si me lo llevo así, que se trabó el sistema". Les dije que esperaría. Después de unos minutos y devolver los productos y solicitar me devolvieran mi billete, justo al poner un pie fuera de la farmacia "ya funcionó el sistema", obviamente me apestó a tranza y ya no lo acepté. No eran los $40 de descuento, es que le roban ese dinero al cliente... lamentable
