Deberías de contratar mejores doctores y más puntuales.
 The doctor's office is terrible, the doctors are super late or in some cases they don't even show up.
You should hire better and more punctual doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pides tus medicamentos y al pagar te dan medicamentos de más con el pretexto que el sistema los arroja, antes eran buenos ahora ya son un negocio no una farmacia buscan vender más aunque le den cosas que no son a los compradores
You ask for your medicines and when you pay they give you extra medicines on the pretext that the system throws them, before they were good now they are a business not a pharmacy they seek to sell more even if they give things that are not to buyers
