★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de acudir a la sucursal para pagar una prueba de antígenos con mi cita previamente,y dos nefastas empleadas que se encuentran en turno en estos momentos me regresaron indicándome que ya no estaban haciendo pruebas covid que el doctor ya se iba y ya no iba a realizar má pruebas,les comenté que yo ya tenía mi cita realizada por internet y me indican que eso no importa que el sitio está mal, que regrese mañana temprano.
En eso me dirijo al consultorio médico para corroborar si esa información era cierta y el doctor muy amable me indica que pase a pagar que el va a respetar la cita previa y claro q puede realizarme la prueba . Porfavor no acudan a la sucursal a preguntar nada vayan directamente con el doctor para q las atienda.

In that I go to the doctor's office to verify if that information was true and the very kind doctor tells me to pay that he will respect the previous appointment and of course he can perform the test. Please do not go to the branch to ask anything, go directly to the doctor to see you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue muy desagradable acudi a comprar un jabon dermatologico y al pagar las cajeras son muy prepotentes y nunca tienen cambio y no me lo vendieron porque debia darles 123 pesos y pague con 150 y por no tener 3 pesos de cambio no me vendieron mi jabon y todavia me dijeron que si queria acusarlas que lo hiciera y se rieron me paso eso con el personal de la sucursal de casas aleman y todavia el guardia me indico que saliera. Es deplorable el servicio ojala siendo un grupo tan importante revaloren a su personal y mas en esta sucursal por mi parte no vuelvo acudir a ninguna sucursal de este grupo.
Me toco ver como a un chico se le nego hacer un deposito porque el chico no tenia 6 pesos y yo me pregunto el prestador de servicio no debe contar con cambio para brindar un mejor servicio? O es el cliente el que debe hacer el trabajo de las cajeras, porque debido a esta problematica muchas empresas estan instaurando cajas automaticas de cobro donde el cliente se cobra solo y no tiene que padecer con personas como estas groseras y prepotentes

The service is deplorable, hopefully being such an important group they revalue their staff and more in this branch for my part I do not go to any branch of this group again.
I had to see how a boy was refused to make a deposit because the boy did not have 6 pesos and I wonder if the service provider should not have change to provide a better service? Or it is the client who must do the work of the cashiers, because due to this problem many companies are establishing automatic payment boxes where the client is charged alone and does not have to suffer with people like these rude and arrogant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal bastante amplia y limpia, el personal tardo un poco en atenderme porque no agarraba su sistema, pero si se pudo.

Aún continuarán con el ramo dermatológico pero con más servicios...

Uno busca medicamentos y las empleadas platicando atendiendo hasta que se les antoja , nunca tienen lo que buscas , si pretendes pagar un servicio o hacer un depósito NI LO PIENSES ! Jamás pueden hacer depósitos o transferencias e incluso recargas , argumentan que no tienen sistema . Pésima sucursal.
Terrible service !!! You look for medicines and the employees talk attending until they feel like it, they never have what you are looking for, if you want to pay for a service or make a deposit, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT! They can never make deposits or transfers and even recharges , they argue that they do not have a system . Lousy branch.
