I entered at 9:30 p.m. I waited for 9:50 p.m. even though I asked to be attended to. They just told me wait a bit. That little attention not to say MOTHER. Terrible service. They suck.

Nefastos en serio si no les gusta su trabajo que se lo dejen a otros que si quieran
Their service is terrible, the promotions or free products that you accumulate in your wallet do not make you valid, they leave you with the word in your mouth and they only blame the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en esta sucursal es buen, el único detalle en la noche es que si pretendes pagar con tarjeta le tienes que dar el NIP a la encargada porque su terminal no es inalámbrica, pésimo ese detalle. Eso pone en riesgo la seguridad del usuario y compromete al personal.
The service in this branch is good, the only detail at night is that if you intend to pay by card you have to give the PIN to the manager because her terminal is not wireless, that detail is terrible. That puts user safety at risk and compromises staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor de la consulta te hace esperar casi 1 hora para posteriormente decirte de manera grosera y poco profesional que ya no va a atender citas. Entiendo que manejen horarios pero no hagan perder el tiempo de los pacientes, si recurrimos a su servicio es por qué nos sentimos mal o tenemos alguna dolencia. TERRIBLE.
The doctor of the consultation makes you wait almost 1 hour to later tell you in a rude and unprofessional way that you will not attend appointments. I understand that they handle schedules but do not waste the time of the patients, if we resort to their service it is why we feel bad or have some disease. TERRIBLE.
