La primera vez compré una suspensión, se las pedí con receta, días después noté que la concentración indicada en la receta era diferente al que me dieron (menor) provocando que la dosis administrada al paciente fuera la incorrecta, llamé al doctor y tuvo que ajustarla. La segunda vez explícitamente le pedí tabletas porque necesitaba partirlas a la mitad y cuando me dio el frasquito le pregunté de nuevo si eran tabletas y muy segura me dijo que si (mi error de no revisar la etiqueta y confiar en su palabra) llegando a mi casa rompo el sello y veo que son cápsulas. No sé si no las capaciten o si ya contratan a cualquier persona sin conocimientos en medicamentos. Te dan lo que quieren, y nada más hacen perder el tiempo y lo peor es que afectan a los que necesitan el medicamento. Para la otra camino unos pasos más y compro en la Farmacia Guadalajara que con sus equivocaciones al final no ahorro nada, termino comprando otro o más medicamento en otra farmacia.
The 2 times that I have been they have given me the wrong medicine. The first time I bought a suspension, I asked for it with a prescription, days later I noticed that the concentration indicated in the prescription was different from the one they gave me (lower) causing the dose administered to the patient to be the wrong one, I called the doctor and had to adjust it . The second time I explicitly asked her for tablets because I needed to cut them in half and when she gave me the bottle I asked her again if they were tablets and she very surely said yes (my mistake of not checking the label and taking her word for it) coming to me home I break the seal and I see that they are capsules. I don't know if they don't train them or if they already hire anyone with no knowledge of medicines. They give you what they want, and they just waste time and the worst thing is that they affect those who need the medicine. For the other way a few more steps and I buy at the Guadalajara Pharmacy that with their mistakes in the end I do not save anything, I end up buying another or more medicine in another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy atento en mi opinión,las veces que lo e frecuentado me an sabido explicar y en estos casos de pandemia me an echo espacio para hacerme la prueba de covid
Creo que sí fueramos más empatícos con el personal que labora ahí recibieran el mismo trato que merecemos ya que al igual son humanos y comenten errores ,en mi opinión creo es una buena farmacia :)
Very attentive staff in my opinion, the times I have frequented it they have been able to explain to me and in these cases of pandemic they have given me space to take the covid test
I think that if we were more empathetic with the staff that works there, they would receive the same treatment that we deserve since they are human and make mistakes, in my opinion I think it is a good pharmacy :)
