Álvaro Obregón (Rubio), en la puerta principal y en el mostrador tienen un letrero que dice que "ES OBLIGATORIO EL USO DEL CUBREBOCA" y el Personal que atiende dicha sucursal no lo usa, y al cuestionarlos se enojan y los groseros con los Clientes, creo que debe haber más conciencia entre lo que se pide a los Clientes y lo que los Empleados hacen.
At the Col. Álvaro Obregón (Rubio) Branch, on the front door and on the counter there is a sign that says "THE USE OF THE MOUTH CUSHION IS MANDATORY" and the Personnel who attend said branch do not use it, and when questioned they get angry and rude to Clients, I think there should be more awareness between what is asked of Clients and what Employees do.
