★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre encuentro todos los productos que me han recetado. Hay productos en los que tienen descuentos (van variando). De mis vistas o llamadas telefónicas, me han atendido bien y siempre proporcionado la información de manera amable. Atienden hasta en sábados.
I always find all the products that have been prescribed for me. There are products in which they have discounts (they vary). From my views or phone calls, I have been treated well and always provided the information in a friendly way. They serve even on Saturdays.

Good assortment for specific recipes, they did not have a product due to contingency but it is reasonable. In customer service a little empathy lacks the lady who attended. Overall good.

Me sentí afortunado que la dueña estaba presente y después de hablar con ella, me fui muy tranquilo pensando que todo estaba en orden. Tristemente por la situación actual, opté por comprar los ingredientes y prepararla yo sólo ya que no vivo en Querétaro. Preparé la formula con las mismas medidas que les proporcione a ellas (como digo, he usado este preparado casi toda mi vida). Me sentí profundamente decepcionado de ver que el resultado efectivamente era como yo lo pensaba, y peor aun ver que el rendimiento es el DOBLE de lo que ellas me entregaron. Triste saber que abusan de la gente de esta manera.... jamas volveré.
I have been buying a formula prepared here for more than 7 years. The last few times I went, I felt that something was different. I felt lucky that the owner was present and after talking with her, I left very calm thinking that everything was in order. Sadly due to the current situation, I chose to buy the ingredients and prepare it myself since I don't live in Querétaro. I prepared the formula with the same measures that I provided them (as I say, I have used this preparation almost all my life). I was deeply disappointed to see that the result was indeed what I thought, and even worse to see that the performance is DOUBLE of what they gave me. Sad to know that they abuse people in this way ... I will never return.
