Terrible service. Ladies who do not want to attend. They yell at the customer and threaten not to sell the medicine. Especially an obese woman with glasses. They deserve a ZERO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es correcto la actitud de las personas que atienden en esa sucursal es muy malo mejor vayan a la sucursal de tepic que esta a media cuadra totalmente diferente
It is correct the attitude of the people who serve in that branch is very bad, better go to the tepic branch that is half a block totally different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan algo en atender pero si no tienen un medicamento te lo consiguen o envian a tu domicilio si es que tardan en conseguirlo, no tuve problemas para cobrar mi receta de mi seguro de santander.
They take a while to attend but if they don't have a medicine they get it for you or send it to your home if they take time to get it, I had no problems collecting my prescription from my Santander insurance.
