J	Jose Luis Cervantes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente estacionamiento, pero.para los que van a los tacos de al lado..Deberían poner rayando en el piso para definir la circulación ya que al entrar es frecuente toparse co algún idiota que no le importa salir en sentido contrario. Excellent parking, but for those who go to the tacos next door ... They should put scratches on the floor to define the circulation since when entering it is frequent to run into some idiot who does not mind going out in the opposite direction.
O	Oscar CH. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en la tienda física es aceptable, compiten en precios, y tienen buenos genéricos, buenos descuentos. No he usado los servicios médicos, pero con respecto a los servicios vía telefónica, son un desastre, quieren que a la fuerza te registres, con teléfono domicilio y lo que se pueda, no les vayan a robar los precios de los productos, maltratan al cliente solo por miedo o no se porque, pero el personal no esta preparado para servir al cliente, no veo el caso de tanto tramite solo para preguntar un precio. Las lineas telefónicas te redirigen a las centrales y no a las sucursales como aparecen en su propia pagina web (no son los que aparecen, y no las actualizan), y de las centrales no te comunican a las sucursales casualmente, no se toman la molestia de servir bien. Sus redes telefónicas son un desastre, y eso lo pagamos los clientes. Realmente no hay diferencia entre ir a otras que hacen lo mismo y esta, de hecho el servicio telefónico de otras es mejor. The service in the physical store is acceptable, they compete in prices, and they have good generics, good discounts. I have not used the medical services, but with respect to the services via telephone, they are a disaster, they want you to register, by telephone and whatever you can, they will not steal the prices of the products, they mistreat the customer just for fear or I don't know why, but the staff is not prepared to serve the customer, I don't see the case of so much formality just to ask for a price. The telephone lines redirect you to the exchanges and not to the branches as they appear on their own website (they are not the ones that appear, and they do not update them), and from the exchanges they do not communicate to the branches casually, they do not bother of serving well. Their telephone networks are a disaster, and that is what we pay customers. There really is no difference between going to others who do the same and this, in fact the telephone service of others is better.
G	Giovanna Valezzi. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene mucho estacionamiento. Las empleadas son amables y encuentras muchos productos. El servicio a domicilio es excelente. It has a lot of parking. The employees are friendly and you find many products. Home delivery is excellent.

E	Emmily Lozano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, Necesitábamos un medicamento urgentemente y a pesar de que dice que es 24 horas estaba cerrado, estuvimos tocando las puertas y nunca nos abrieron aparte se escuchaba música con un volumen alto y los empleados se veían a lo lejos incluso nos vieron y les valió!!. Si pudiera darle cero estrellas o incluso menos se las daría !!!! Horrible, we urgently needed medicine and even though it says it's 24 hours it was closed, we were knocking on the doors and they never opened for us apart from loud music and the employees looked in the distance they even saw us and it was worth it !! . If I could give it zero stars or even less I would!
J	Jessica Delgadillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente tienen muy mal servicio por las noches, ponen la música a todo volumen y no se hacen tontos para no atender, o se esconden en los mostradores de la medicina y lo tienen a uno esperando a pesar de que dice 24 HRS, pésimo servicio desde que cambiaron a los trabajadores si pudiera darle menos puntuación se la daría Lately they have very bad service at night, they play the music at full volume and they don't play dumb not to attend, or they hide in the medicine counters and have you waiting even though it says 24 HRS, lousy service from that they changed the workers if I could give it less score I would give it to them
