★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí factura y me dijeron que la podía sacar por internet, y resulta ser falso. Ahora tengo que regresar a la sucursal para que lo hagan. En el corporativo ni siquiera se molestan en contestar el teléfono. Los emails los "responden" después de varias semanas, y no resuelven las dudas del cliente, sino que contestan lo primero que se les ocurre.
 I asked for an invoice and they told me that I could get it online, and it turns out to be false. Now I have to go back to the branch for them to do it. In the corporate they don't even bother answering the phone. The emails are "answered" after several weeks, and they do not resolve the client's doubts, but they answer the first thing that occurs to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión de abarrotes tienen mucho de donde escoger, tienen buen surtido de medicamentos y es a buen precio, las personas que atienden siempre están limpiando o acomodando lo cual es bueno pero a veces se desentienden de la caja y puedes llegar a esperar algún tiempo pero no demasiado.
In a matter of groceries they have a lot to choose from, they have a good assortment of medicines and it is at a good price, the people who attend are always cleaning or accommodating which is good but sometimes they get out of the box and you can wait for some time but not too much.
