★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busque el número de la sucursal para saber si tenían servicio a domicilio pero nunca contestaron por esa cuestión mala atención, cuentan con variedad de productos, aunque a veces no hay productos ya sea del tamaño que uno lo anda buscando en este caso era una leche Enfamil de 326 onzas pero te dicen que si gusta uno esperar que lo van a traer a otra sucursal pero tardan entre media hora en traerte el producto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA LA ATENCION.... con las personas q" comienzan a laborar en el turno de la noche. tardaron años para acercarse y atender a una señorita q ya tenia rato que había llegado. En el momento q" la atendieron las empleadas (2) se mostraron groseras y molestas porque las habían despertado, posteriormente llegaron al lugar 5 personas más en diferentes momentos a los cuales se les atendió y se retiraron (hombres) .Pero la señorita seguía esperando, nuevamente llega otra empleada y dice "quien sigue" la clienta obviamente expresa su enojo y le dice, oiga señorita ya pasaron 5 personas y yo llegué antes y no me pueden despachar, si no me quieren atender mejor díganme, no es posible que pasen de las 11:00 de la noche y ustedes tengan tan poquita empatía , el lugar es peligroso. Muy mal que así cuiden a sus clientes, la señorita le responde con mala actitud que ella no la atendió y que el medicamento se está sacando de la bodega...La señorita responde " entonces tengan por favor la atención de decir eso si de ANTEMANO YA SABÍAN,porque pareciera q no estan haciendo lo q"dice.Tengo mucho rato aquí parada si ustedes me hubieran dicho desde q" llegue lo de la bodega...Perfecto espero en mi carro,pero me dicen hasta ahorita. Me encuentro muy molesta dame por favor un numero para reportar esto, o dime en donde pongo mi queja o a quien ...La mujer le responde de mala manera ya ahorita se le da su producto y nuevamente le cierra la puerta,NO LE PROPORCIONARON ningún dato. La clienta en cuanto recibe su producto se sube a su auto y se retira del lugar enfurecida. Lo pueden constatar "TODO" en sus cámaras....Esto sucedió ayer DOMINGO 14 DE MARZO 2021...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia al acudir hoy a comprar iba por una emergencia la farmacia estaba vacía y mi esposo iba a comprar unas cosas en lo que yo buscaba otras al entrar ni siquiera un buenos días solo un colaborador llamado Sergio me dice solo uno puede entrar, y le pregunté de cuánta gente es tu aforo y me vuelve a decir solo uno puede entrar tiene que esperar afuera ni siquiera un por favor ni nada yo sé que no son responsables de las situaciones que estamos atravesando pero yo iba mal y salí peor, solo pido un poco de empatía y educación creo que hay maneras de pedir las cosas yo trabajo en servicio y el por favor es una frase que no puede faltar al salir si le pedí si nombre y le dije que lo iba a reportar es la actitud lo que deja que desear porque se para con las manos en la bata con una actitud prepotente y me dice solo estamos siguiendo indicaciones, y le contesté si yo sé pero hay manera de pedir las cosas
Le pregunte por su gerente y me dió el nombre no voy a hacer más grande esto solo puedo decir espero más empatía de los colaboradores es una gran empresa, pero a veces las actitudes dejan mucho que desear
