★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se equivocó la cajera Nancy Salazar al realizar mi cobro, y ni ella ni su gerente Bertha Barrera hacen valida su clausula. Ademas ambas se deslindaron de cualquier respondabilidad. Me convino la devolucion de mi efectivo sugerida de mi parte, pues consegui mi medicamento mas economico y con mejor trato en farmacia San Pablo

por favor !!! Una llamada de atención a la señorita Liz, por su mala actitud de servicio, desesperada y cero empatía, con una persona de la tercera edad. No es su farmacia ni tampoco se está pidiendo regalado, esos empleados no deben estar atendiendo al público!
En cambio, una felicitación al joven Jonathan quien retomó la venta y fué muy amable y gentil.
Más empleados como Jonathan, no queremos a Srita. Liz !!

please !!! A wake-up call to Miss Liz, for her bad attitude of service, desperate and zero empathy, with a senior citizen. It is not your pharmacy nor is it being asked for a gift, those employees should not be attending to the public!
On the other hand, congratulations to the young Jonathan who resumed the sale and was very kind and gentle.
More employees like Jonathan, we do not want Miss. Liz!

Me recomendaron un aparato para medir el oxígeno el doble de caro del que yo buscaba porque, según ellos, el más barato fallaba. Terminé reclamando mi garantía directo con los proveedores porque igual falló y en la farmacia se hicieron los tontos para no darme otro.
Luego no saben resolverte nada para hacer una factura, sólo se escudan que lo debo de checar en internet y más no saben hacer.

Your staff leaves a lot to be desired! !!
They recommended a device to measure oxygen twice as expensive as the one I was looking for because, according to them, the cheapest one failed. I ended up claiming my guarantee directly with the suppliers because it still failed and the pharmacy played dumb not to give me another one.
Then they do not know how to solve anything for you to make an invoice, they only hide that I must check it on the internet and they do not know how to do more.
Very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una farmacia por mis enanos que la verdad está bastante diría de medicamentos solo he tenido problemas para conseguir Furosemida por eso no le doy las cinco estrellas por lo demás está muy bien cuenta con súper en el que encuentras productos básicos muy recomendable.
It is a pharmacy for my dwarfs that the truth is enough I would say of medicines I have only had problems getting Furosemide so I do not give it five stars otherwise it is very good it has a supermarket in which you find highly recommended basic products.
