★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les informo del procedimiento que tienen para traer medicamente de otras sucursales el cual es PESIMO y es la segunda ves que me sucede, prometen traerlo al siguiente dia y no lo cumplen, se llevan de 2 a 3 dias y no se hacen responsables de cumplir con lo prometidoo como es el caso del encardado del turno matutino el Sr. Jose Ramirez, quien para no comprometerse y hacerse cargo indica que lo tengo que ver con quien me hizo la venta. Espero tomen carta en el asunto porque por la negligencia de uno de sus trabajadores no pueden poner en tela de juicio el servicio que da Farmacias Guadalajara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es demasiado amable,no se por que hay señoras que dicen que es pésimo servicio pero por favor es es súper farmacia no un banco, para que todo el tiempo tengan cambio,ya no es culpa de los empleados,igual como en cualquier tienda luego se pueden llegar a atrasar en cambiar etiquetas y abra personas "Mediocres por así decirlo y oportunisras que quieren aprovechar, del precio" Pero yo le doy 5 estrellas por que tiene casi de todo

Me encuentro en guadalajara y tengo 3 ancianita en la acera de al lado de la Farmacia tengo la Necesidad de enviarles a mis ancianita víveres y los productos necesario, mas lo que están necesitando dada la contingencia como higiénicos sin embargo llevo. Toda la semana anterior y esta tratando de comunicarme por todas las vías habidas y por haber y Nada..ni por cielo, ni por tierra!! . Me pregunto Cuantas personas estarán en la misma situación que nosotros.
