★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hacer un depósito y adicional a ello compré un par de medicamentos,un gel de baño y un desodorante, tanto el depósito como el medicamento sin problemas pero cómo se hacen en diferentes cajas los pagos me mandaron hacer el depósito y la compra de mi medicamento a otra caja y cuando regresé ya no estaban mis productos. Incluso la cajera me dijo que sí me los había entregado cuando no fue así, dijeron que checarian las cámaras y nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se por que tantas malas reseñas hacia este lugar, al menos yo jamás he tenido una mala experiencia, ese que dice que cierran la puerta en la noche es por SEGURIDAD, ¿Que no ves los OXXOS mano? Dos cosas destacables es que aquí encuentro mi lechita de chocolate sello rojo, y que puedo retirar dinero que me mandan del gabacho. Aunque si, hay que mejorar un poco la atención al cliente, pero en ese sentido soy imparcial porque luego los clientes también se pasan de pistola, por lo mismo no puedo otorgar 5 estrellas.

Tiene meses que vengo a esta sucursal sin ningún incidente pero una señora que es nueva, de baja estatura, edad avanzada, lentes de fondo de botella y cabello muy escaso pero rizado, me regaño por pedirle una jeringa y me equivoque diciendo que era una inyección riéndose de mi por eso y negándome la venta de la jeringa que necesitaba para mañana temprano. No entiendo que le sucedía a esta mujer y por que me negó la venta de dicho articulo, aún así tuve que comprar un GOTINAL MAR soft del cual cuento con nota de compra.

I have been coming to this branch for months without incident, but a woman who is new, short, elderly, bottle-bottomed glasses and very thin but curly hair, scold me for asking her for a syringe and I was wrong saying it was an injection laughing at me for that and denying me the sale of the syringe I needed for early tomorrow. I do not understand what happened to this woman and why she denied me the sale of said item, even so I had to buy a GOTINAL MAR soft of which I have a purchase note.
