El problema es el servicio al cliente que algunos empleados tienen, te atienden con mala actitud, a veces no respetan los precios marcados en los productos por qué no los actualizaron. Esto es ocasional, pero no debería de ocurrir, espero mejoren la satisfacción en atención al cliente, poseen unos aparatos que te ayudan a calificar el servicio, pero en ninguna sucursal sirve.
Wide assortment of products with some good promotions, in some products and medicines the price is better. The place is clean. The problem is the customer service that some employees have, they serve you with a bad attitude, sometimes they do not respect the prices marked on the products why they did not update them. This is occasional, but it should not happen, I hope they improve customer service satisfaction, they have devices that help you rate the service, but no branch works.
