★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En época de pandemia es absurdo, y de seguro contraproducente para la empresa, que no contesten el teléfono cuando se necesita verificar la disponibilidad de medicamentos. Y no sólo ahora, ni sólo en esta sucursal, pues NUNCA contestan las llamadas en ninguna. Debe ser política de la empresa prohibir que se atienda al teléfono; así el cliente se ve obligado a perder tiempo y contribuir a la contaminación recorriendo toda una región, pues, para colmo, a veces el sistema indica que el producto está disponible en X sucursal, y al llegar descubre uno que no es así.
