El personal de cajas usualmente no están en las cajas, preparan pan, o están en quien sabe donde, menos en las cajas.
Falta amabilidad de parte del personal, no sonríen, no demuestran optimismo ni interés real en el servicio.
No todo el personal usa uniforme.
Falta orden en la presentación de los productos, es en la tienda en general y sobretodo en los artículos que se muestran exhibidos para que den cara a la calle a través de los cristales, se ven dando la espalda al público, en otras partes de la exhibición al exterior muestran pañales, no varían lo que colocan ni están mostrados adecuada ni correctamente.
La tienda no muestra promociones tanto en el interior como el exterior y raramente cambian los artículos decorativos.
Falta pintarle por fuera, tanto el edificio como el estacionamiento.
Severas fallas para tan importante cadena farmacéutica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia y tienda de conveniencia, es un buen logar excepto que nunca tienen todos los medicamentos que se necesitan, ayer fui a buscar cuatro medicamentos oftálmicos y sólo tuvieron uno, los otros estaban distribuidos en otras sucursales al otro lado de la ciudad, tache por eso, necesitan mejor control de inventario.
Pharmacy and convenience store, it is a good place except that they never have all the medicines that are needed, yesterday I went to look for four ophthalmic medicines and they only had one, the others were distributed in other branches on the other side of the city, cross out that , they need better inventory control.
