★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato por parte del personal en general. Todos los empleados creen que pueden maltratar al cliente en general. Sabemos la zona en la que estamos sin embargo no podemos generalizar. Además está sucio y huele mal.
Terrible treatment by staff in general. All employees believe they can mistreat the customer in general. We know the area in which we are, however, we cannot generalize. It is also dirty and smells bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no dan servicio las 24horas. Los del turno nocturno se duermen y no quieren atender.
Es la única Guadalajara de la zona que hace eso, la de santa rosa y la de Juriquilla si atienden.
El problema aquí es el personal flojo que tienen de noche, que de duerme en lugar de trabajar.
They no longer provide 24-hour service. Those on the night shift fall asleep and do not want to attend.
It is the only Guadalajara in the area that does that, the one in Santa Rosa and the one in Juriquilla if they attend.
The problem here is the lazy staff at night, who sleep instead of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como me traten serán tratados, la sucursal se ubica en una zona muy tóxica, me ah tocado ver mucho cliente prepotente, grosero. Si quieren ser tratados con amabilidad también tengan educación con los empleados.
How they treat me will be treated, the branch is located in a very toxic area, I have seen many arrogant, rude clients. If you want to be treated with kindness, also be polite with the employees.
